Silver Sands Estates community is located in the parish of Trelawny adjacent to the village of Duncans. Just 45 minutes or 33 miles East from the Montego Bay airport on Jamaica's North Shore, the area is one the most peaceful and relaxing parts of the island.

Staying at Villa Seagull provides you with a true Jamaican experience where you can get off the tourist track and see the great beauty of Jamaica from the veranda of a three bedroom house.
Enjoy a 180 degree view of the Caribbean, access to a "silver sand" beach with a lovely jetty and gazebo. Snorkel in a starfish field and visit man rays. Play some tennis or hike to a nearby Arawak cave. Cozy up to the bar for a cool drink or snooze on a beach chair on this quite stretch.
Just outside the gates is the Fisherman's Beach area with local woodcarvers and other craftspeople, a beach bar and of course, fisherman! See the authentic Jamaica and walk back to your villa lighted by the fireflies...aka peenywallies.
If you are a music lover, this is a perfect place to stay while attending the Air Jamaica Jazz Festival, Africa Unite, Sumfest, or any number of the events that take place throughout the year. You are just 40 minutes from Ocho Rios for crafts shopping, or visit historic Falmouth, the parish capital for its traditional market and local vibes.
The Villa Seagull is beautifully appointed home with great Caribbean character. Its landscaping includes fruit trees and wonderful native plants. Set amidst many villas in this gated community, it is where Jamaicans come to chill. The community is staffed 24 hours a day with security at its gates and throughout the compound.
The house is staffed by an excellent Jamaican cook, Jennifer who prepares terrific dishes whether they be fresh caught fish, Jamaican breakfast, desserts and more.
There is a fully staffed travel office that can provide information on tours, transport and money exchange. There is also a canteen to pick up necessities and gifts in Silver Sands.
